How does the free test edit work?
Send 2–3 images with a short brief. We edit them to your spec and send them back free of charge. If you like the result, we quote for the full project.
How is the price worked out?
Per image, based on complexity and volume. You get a clear quote before any work starts, for one-off projects or ongoing contracts.
How quickly will I get my images?
Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, depending on volume and complexity. Rush projects can be arranged on request.
Are revisions included?
Yes, reasonable revisions are included with every order. If a change goes beyond the original brief, we discuss it and quote it first.
How do I send my images?
Share a link from WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox or a similar service in the form below or by email.
What file types do you accept and deliver?
We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD and RAW files. We deliver in the format, size and colour profile you ask for, including layered PSDs with paths.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can send a single image or a full catalogue. Larger batches and regular work get volume pricing.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer once your images are delivered. Regular clients can agree weekly or monthly invoicing.
What happens to my images after the project?
We keep your files only as long as we need them for the project and any revisions, then delete them. Tell us if you need them deleted sooner.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. We work with photographers and brands across the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia.
